Kaabil - Review

Blind people can do anything if trained or habitual of something, I had never seen blinds like in Bollywood movie, Kaabil. Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam starring in this movie, played their blind roles exceptionally because playing a blind person can be hard enough if you can actually see everything and still manage to control your eyes functionality. So to sum it up, the acting as blind persons was appreciable but was not too much worth praising especially Yami Gautam’s.
The movie revolves around two blind people who fall in love with each other and apparently prove the phrase, ‘love is blind’.
Taking advantage of their blindness, one of the villains Rohit Roy with his friend attempt to rape Supriya in the absence of her husband Rohan. Having figured this out, they go for medical reports of Supriya but unfortunately fail to get medical evidences against Amit (Rohit) and his friend Wasim. While they overcome this incident a little, next day Rohan reaches home from his work and finds Supriya suicided. He later on figures out she was molested one more time due to which she had committed suicide. He then plans to take revenge from all three; Wasim, Amit and his legistlator brother Ronit Roy who has a great influence on police and not lets any harm reach to his younger brother Amit. All three are murdered by Hrithik in a way that not even the police can take hold of him.
Direction by Sanjay Gupta was okay, production by Rakesh Roshan was also okay because I found the movie a little disturbing.  Songs composed were pretty and simple. I liked the song Saara Zamana performed by Urvashi Rautela and everything about this song; choreography, set, lightings.

Indian movies as always are predictable and so was this one. The scenes and even the dialogues. Bollywood should work on improving its level. I would be lenient enough and give about three stars to Kaabil.

#Kaabil #HrithikRoshan #YamiGautam #UrvashiRautela #Bollywood.
